Fire Magic’s 12” deep firebox, rounded oven hood, burners and unique flavor grids provide the most natural heat convection, the best heat distribution, and the most cooking versatility of any grill. AVAILABLE FIRE MAGIC GRILLS FEATURE HIGHLIGHTS
HEAVY DUTY STAINLESS STEEL COOKING GRIDS
All Fire Magic Grills feature heavy duty stainless steel cooking grids that designed so that the spacing between them is less than competitors for the purpose of preventing food from falling thru the gaps. These cooking grids are constructed from 304 grade commercial stainless steel and have a life time warranty.
MULTI-COLORED BACKLIT THERMOMETER
Some of the Fire Magic Grills feature a “Multi Colored Backlit Thermometer” with a meat probe that enables you to monitor the temperature of the meat on your grill, along with showing you the temperature under the hood. Easily change the backlit color of the thermometer to either green, red or blue for ease of use in different lighting conditions.
CAST STAINLESS STEEL “E” BURNERS
All of the Fire Magic Echelon and Fire Magic Aurora Series Grills feature cast stainless steel E burners. These cast stainless steel E burner take higher temperatures and for this reason they have a lifetime warranty.
OPTIONAL MAGIC VIEW WINDOW
Some of the 1060, 790 and 660 series Fire Magic Aurora and Echelon series grills have the “Magic View Window” as an option for those that want to watch there food cooking.
HOT SURFACE IGNITION
All of the Fire Magic Echelon and some of the Aurora series grills feature “Hot Surface Ignition” which is a more dependable grill ignition system. The hot surface ignition system works well in harsh conditions.

QUANTUM BACK BURNER
All Fire Magic Echelon and Aurora Series Grills that feature the Fire Magic Rotisserie System have a “Quantum Back Burner” that is an Infrared Burner that produces a form of heat that heats the object (meat) rather than the air and therefore does not dry out your food. Infrared heat produces moist, juicy results.
HALOGEN LIGHTS

ANALOG THEROMETER
The "Analog Thermometer" is standard fitment of all grills that don't feature the backlit thermometer and enable you to monitor the temperature under the grills hood.
